RESERVATION POLICY
A 50% credit card deposit is due at the time of booking. Your dog must be evaluated for socialization prior to your arrival date. Please call to schedule your evaluation. The cost for the evaluation is $30.00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To receive a deposit refund your reservation must be cancelled before 6:00 PM, 72-hours prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 72-hours prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.
CHECK-IN SCHEDULE
Boarding Dogs must check-in between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. If your dog is not checked in by 12:00 PM your reservation may be cancelled or you may receive additional charges up to $65.00.
CHECK OUT SCHEDULE
Boarding Dogs - Check out time is 11 AM. We understand your arrival may not coincide with the check-out time. Extended stays are based on availability and will incur additional hourly or full-day charges after 11 AM. Dogs not checked-out by 7:00 PM will be boarded for an additional night for the cost of one-evening plus a $10 fee.
Day Care Dogs - Check out time is 7:00 PM. Dogs not checked-out by 7:00 PM will be boarded for the night for the cost of one-evening plus a $10 fee.
MEALS/FOOD POLICY
It is your responsibility to bring food with your pet to last their entire stay. Please be aware your dog is burning a lot more energy during their stay than they do normally at home. They may need to eat a larger helping during their stay due to the high level of activity. We recommend you pack a little extra just in case your plans change and your dog stays longer than expected. In the event you do not provide food we will purchase the smallest amount possible of their brand of dog food at cost plus a $5 handling fee.
Your dog must be current on all required vaccinations and your veterinarian can fax us a copy to 202.280.1498.
Vaccination Requirements:
• DHPP
• Rabies
• Bordetella (kennel cough)
Your dog must be well-socialized
He/she cannot be protective of toys, people or space, and be neither aggressive nor extremely anxious/nervous
Your dog must have a collar with an id tag
Your dog must be on a veterinarian-approved form of topical flea control such as Frontline, TopSpot or Frontline Plus, Advantage, and Revolution.
